1. Who we are

This website and the services presented on it belong to InForm Studio S.R.L., Tax ID (CUI) 54649423, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2026030517000, with its registered office at Str. Crinului nr. 49, fl. 1, apt. 19, Chiajna, Ilfov County, studio at Strada Soarelui nr. 26, Chiajna, Ilfov County, email contact@informstudio.ro. By using the site and booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

2. Our services

InForm Studio offers Pilates sessions and memberships (reformer with an instructor, mat and yoga, self-practice 24/7), body composition assessments and combined memberships. Descriptions, schedule and availability are those shown on the site at the time of booking.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in lei and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made through the methods indicated at booking. We issue a tax document for every payment. The founding member price stays locked for 12 months from sign-up, under the launch offer described on the prices page.

4. Bookings, cancellations and pausing

• You book a session online or at contact@informstudio.ro.
• You can cancel or reschedule a session at least 4 hours in advance, at no cost.
• You can pause your membership for up to one month a year, with notice, at no cost and without losing your founding member status. For pregnancy, injury or medical reasons, the pause is extended.
• The first session is free once, for the service you choose.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you buy a membership online, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days, under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, without giving a reason. If you expressly ask us to start the service within this period and the service is fully provided, the right of withdrawal is lost; if the service is partly provided, you pay in proportion to what you used. 6. Health and safety

Pilates is a form of movement, not a medical treatment, and does not replace a doctor's advice. If you have a condition, an injury or you are pregnant, consult your doctor before starting and tell us, so the instructor can adapt movement. You train at your own responsibility, within the guidance received from the instructor. Access to self-practice 24/7 is granted after a safety orientation and a usage agreement.

7. Liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases where the law does not allow it.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logo and design elements on the site belong to InForm Studio or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our agreement.

9. Dispute resolution

For any complaint, write to us first at contact@informstudio.ro; we look for an amicable solution. You can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We may update them, and the version in force is the one published on this page.
